General shareholders meeting of OJSC “Yo’lreftrans” was held. The meeting featured reports from company management bodies, identified prospective directions for operations and taking into account the presence of a foreign investor adopted GSM decisions on new compositions of management bodies, amendments to regulatory documents and distribution of dividends for 2007. GSM was dedicated to 30th anniversary of OJSC “Yo’lreftrans”, during celebration outstanding staff members were awarded on behalf of SJSRC UTY, foreign investor and OJSC itself.
